Focuses on health & nutrition education and life skills. At Game Days, girls are exposed to both traditional and non-traditional sports, including golf, basketball, soccer, tennis, self-defense & yoga. Girls participate in hands-on workshops addressing leadership development, nutrition & body image and self esteem. Girls in attendance interact with outstanding role models from the community, build meaningful friendships and learn about their own unique strengths and gifts. There is also an annual Community Service Project.
Leveling The Playing Field is an annual event, organized by the Girls Advisory Board (GAB) that brings hundreds of girls and their mentors together for a day of advocacy, education, and fun.

The six to twelve week programs use physical activity (running) and experimental learning to teach very specific and well-defined social and personal (character development) skills. Pre- and post-tests are used to measure participant attitudinal changes.
