Resource guide of effective girls programming models
In the fall of 2003, The Women's Fund of Rhode Island and The Rhode Island Foundation contracted with the Swearer Center for Public Service and the Sarah Doyle Women's Center at Brown University to develop an accessible resource guide for community organizations of effective girls programming models from across the country.  The guide includes proposed and existing extra-curricular programs that approach working with girls from a variety of angles.  It is intended to help those in Rhode Island who propose girls' programming to more readily be able to access and assess programs that have been developed and that have worked.
